Sit up straight, but comfortably.
Take a few deep, cleansing breaths. In your nose and out your mouth.
In and out.

Follow your breath as it enters, fills, and leaves your body.
Notice your body feeling more and more relaxed.
As you breath in, imagine the breath entering at your Root Chakra, at the bottom of your seat.
Imagine the breath traveling up your spine to your brain.
Hold your breath here for a moment.
As you hold your breath, imagine it lighting up your Third Eye, at the center of your head.
Notice the color of the light.
Slowly release your breath.
As you breath out imagine the breath traveling down and out through the Heart Chakra.
The light spreads from the Third Eye down to the Heart.
As the breath leaves you it fills the space around you with love and light.
Breath in life force energy.
Up the spine.
To the Third Eye.
Hold.
Out through your Heart with love and light.
Breath in life force energy.
Up the spine.
To the Third Eye.
Hold.
Out through your Heart with love and light.
Breath in life force energy.
Up the spine.
To the Third Eye.
Hold.
Out through your Heart with love and light.
When you are ready, let your breath return to normal.
Become aware your body and the room you are in.
Begin to move and stretch your limbs.
